Partner Development Manager – Emerging Partnerships


Who You’ll Work With

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AWS leaders, sales teams, and solution architects, to drive impactful outcomes. Together, we leverage cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices to deliver innovative and scalable solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by accelerating our emerging Partners (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Sigma, Atlan) in current and prospective accounts for Slalom, aligned to prioritized solutions. 
  • Develop and align account lists to target growth in top Slalom markets and customers. 
  • Create and execute solution strategies in partnership with Partner Specialists.  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Partner product and solution leaders, sales teams, and partner teams. 
  • Develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops, and formulate joint GTM strategies. 
  • Plan and execute Partner and customer facing events to drive revenue impact.  
  • Articulate Slalom’s value proposition, incorporating Partner elements. 
  • Foster internal alignment and activation through newsletters, community-building calls, and team engagement. 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 4 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally within cloud, data, or analytics environments.
  • Experience working with and navigating the Partner ecosystem, preferably with dbt, Fivetran, Sigma, Atlan, or other similar partners.
  • A connector’s mentality and exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with technical leaders and sales teams. 
  • Strong project management abilities with experience in developing and executing strategic plans. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex value propositions and creating impactful content. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. 
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client and partner events.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay ranges:

Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, Phoenix, Portland and Salt Lake City

Manager: $104,000 - $151,000

Senior Manager: $123,000 - $179,000


 
Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, Orange County, San Diego and Seattle
Manager: $113,000 – $164,000

Senior Manager: $134,000 - $195,000

 

San Francisco

Manager: $124,000 – 180,000

Senior Manager: $146,000 - $212,000


In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.    We will accept applicants until Jul 15, or until the position is filled.
