Slalom is seeking a high-performing and collaborative Inside Sales Associate to support our evolving go-to-market strategy, focused on targeted account engagement and high-quality pipeline generation. This role is critical in driving early-stage client conversations across a defined set of priority accounts while partnering closely with the Sales and Marketing community.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $76,000-$82,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leaders and account teams to align outreach with account strategies and business priorities
- Drive targeted outreach across a defined list of priority clients to generate new meetings and pipeline
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and convert them into meaningful sales conversations and opportunities
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) using tools such as Outreach and Sales Navigator
- Conduct account and contact research to inform personalized messaging and engagement strategies
- Track and manage individual activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics within Salesforce
- Contribution to team-based sales goals
- Maintain strong alignment with the Central Region teams on account priorities and engagement strategy
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and self-motivated
- Excellent collaboration, relationship, and team-building skills across internal teams, including virtual teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Software skills: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator and ability to collect data insights
- Strong time management and attention to detail skills
