We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Lead to join our dynamic team and drive successful ERP implementations. Slalom is targeting Sr. Consultant or Consultant level candidates for this role.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Consultant level the base salary pay range is $96,000 to $177,000. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Lead to join our dynamic team and drive successful ERP implementations. Slalom is targeting Sr. Consultant or Consultant level candidates for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solutions, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct process analysis workshops and collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into a D365 BC based solution design by performing fit-gap of requirements to BC capabilities.
- Estimate D365 Business Central implementation projects bottoms up, providing input into resources needed, and key implementation dependencies and risks
- Experienced in writing detailed Functional Design Documents and Technical Design Documents (in collaboration with technical SMEs), and proven experience driving customer sign-off on design documents.
- Conduct guided user workshops and training sessions, using different methods and tools in delivering effective training depending on the audience.
- In collaboration with the Project Manager, provide inputs to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery within scope and schedule.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, integration, and data migration during SIT and UAT.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central, leveraging new capabilities to enhance business processes.
- Travel up to 30%
- 8 years of hands-on experience in leading and delivering ERP implementation, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven track record of leading successful D365 Business Central projects from inception to completion, and articulating solution approaches to clients, both business and engineering, to obtain buy-in
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including finance and supply chain modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and proven ability to configure solutions themselves
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, from both engineering and business.
- Experienced in delivering updates on cross-functional team meetings of implementation progress, including managing and identifying dependencies on other teams
- Proven track record of mitigating project delivery risks by escalating early and often to the program / project manager, with successful outcomes
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.
- Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable
- Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is nice to have
