POSTED ON 10/9/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/7/2026

Who You’ll Work With

Slalom’s Enterprise Capability connects strategy to execution through business applications that unify data, streamline operations, and deliver measurable impact. We partner with platforms including Adobe to help organizations improve customer experience. You’ll collaborate with people who value experimentation, learning, and delivering results together.

Our Adobe team helps marketing teams turn customer data into personalized engagement. As an Adobe RT-CDP Senior Consultant, you’ll lead RT-CDP delivery workstreams, combining practical expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with client advisory skills. You’ll partner with marketing, IT, analytics, and architecture teams to translate business needs into unified profiles, actionable audiences, and activation use cases, from requirements and configuration through testing, launch, and optimization.

What You’ll Do

  • Own RT-CDP workstream delivery, including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and launch readiness. Coordinate dependencies, estimates, and delivery risks with project leads and architects.
  • Facilitate client workshops to prioritize use cases, define requirements and key performance indicators, and translate business rules into solution designs that use native platform capabilities effectively.
  • Configure Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, datasets, mappings, and batch and streaming ingestion. Partner with data teams to integrate CRM, transactional, behavioral, and other enterprise data.
  • Configure identity namespaces, Identity Graph Linking Rules, and profile merge policies. Validate identity stitching and profile accuracy, and troubleshoot fragmented profiles and unintended identity merges.
  • Build and validate audiences using batch, streaming, and edge segmentation where supported. Align evaluation methods, exclusions, and refresh timing with each use case.
  • Configure destination connections, identity and attribute mappings, and activation schedules. Validate audience delivery to advertising, marketing, and personalization platforms, including integrations with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Target.
  • Apply data usage labels, governance policies, and consent requirements with client privacy and security teams. Account for access controls, retention requirements, and licensed capabilities.
  • Test data flows from ingestion through profiles, audiences, and destinations. Support user acceptance testing, resolve defects, monitor data quality and activation performance, and provide support after launch.
  • Support sandbox configuration and release promotion. Document mappings, configurations, test results, and operating guidance; train client teams and mentor junior consultants.
  • Evaluate audience accuracy, activation latency, and agreed business KPIs with analytics teams. Recommend improvements within platform guardrails and license entitlements.
  • Use approved AI tools to accelerate data mapping, test preparation, documentation, and troubleshooting. Validate outputs and follow client data handling requirements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Five or more years of experience in customer data platforms, data integration, marketing technology, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing RT-CDP in production, including configuration, testing, activation, and troubleshooting. Ability to explain your contribution and the outcomes delivered.
  • Ability to independently configure and integrate core RT-CDP capabilities, with practical experience in at least one RT-CDP edition.
  • Strong understanding of AEP schemas, datasets, data preparation, source connectors, and batch and streaming ingestion, including data quality and validation practices.
  • Practical knowledge of AEP Identity Service, identity namespaces, identity graphs, and profile merge policies, including how to identify and prevent unintended identity merges.
  • Experience building audiences and configuring destinations, with an understanding of segmentation eligibility, activation timing, identity matching, and downstream system requirements.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools to validate integrations and troubleshoot data flows with technical teams.
  • Understanding data usage labeling and enforcement, consent, privacy, and security. Ability to translate client requirements into appropriate RT-CDP configurations.
  • Knowledge of how RT-CDP works with AJO, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Target, including shared data dependencies and activation use cases.
  • Strong client communication and workshop facilitation skills. Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements and explain design choices to business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to lead a delivery workstream, build trusted client relationships, mentor junior consultants, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Ability to apply AI tools thoughtfully, review their outputs, and explain where human judgment is required. Commitment to learning as Adobe capabilities evolve.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to travel occasionally based on client needs.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with SQL and AEP Query Service for data validation and troubleshooting; familiarity with Data Distiller for derived datasets and audience enrichment.
    • Experience with AEP Web SDK, Mobile SDK, Adobe Experience Platform Tags, datastreams, or event forwarding.
    • Experience across RT-CDP B2C, B2B, or B2P editions, including account and person data models where applicable.
    • Experience integrating RT-CDP with cloud data platforms, marketing automation platforms, or other customer data platforms.
    • Experience contributing to discovery, implementation estimates, demonstrations, or reusable delivery assets.
    • Relevant Adobe RT-CDP certification. Certification is preferred, not required.
