Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position the targeted base salary range is $60,000 to $80,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with Customer & Industry leaders to execute proactive, insight-driven recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Champion Slalom’s employee value proposition by engaging with professional communities and talent networks.
- Cultivate a strong employer brand through thoughtful outreach, inclusive messaging, and consistent candidate engagement.
- Ensure a high-quality, human-centered candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to scheduling and offer negotiation.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Engage in cross-functional initiatives that shape Slalom’s approach to attracting and retaining senior talent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, including a proven track record of successful hiring in the go-to-market or industry space.
- Proven success in recruiting and sourcing for leadership roles in fast-paced, metric-driven environments.
- Ability to work independently and prioritizes essential tasks and activities based on the team's needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
- Experience using recruiting platforms and analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
