UAT Lead/Business Analyst
Location: Greater Seattle highly preferred w. 2-3x weekly onsite in Redmond | 2nd preference, fully remote PST hours required

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $60/HR to $70/HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Lead UAT planning, resource deployment and environment readiness.
- Coordinate test execution, defect tracking and retesting.
- Align test scenarios with business requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, suppliers and SMEs
- Proven Experience leading UAT efforts in complex environments.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with test case development, execution plans, and defect resolution.
- Ability to manager dashboards and reporting for UAT progress.
- Prior Microsoft experience highly preferred.
