Business Analyst
Location: Greater Seattle highly preferred with 2-3x weekly onsite in Redmond | 2nd preference, fully remote PST hours required

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $50/HR to $65/HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Gather and organize requirements from SME's for offshore developers
- Interface with US-based stakeholders and India based Developers
- Manage reporting deliverables and UAT
- KPI framework and data governance documentation
- Requirements documentation (using existing template built in Excel)
- UAT test plans and validation reports
- Strong business analyst and technical PM skills.
- Experience working with developers and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with Excel-based reporting templates and cadence-driven delivery.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and performance deep dives.
- Prior Microsoft experience highly preferred.
