Role Description
This part-time on-site role, based in Sparks, NV, is for a Business Development Manager who will focus on expanding Sladek HR Architects' client base and strengthening business relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, crafting proposals, and collaborating on marketing initiatives. The role also includes maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients, attending networking events, and contributing to business growth strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (We will provide leads)
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
- Represent Sladek HR Architects in the community and through networking
- Clearly communicate our services and value proposition
- Manage the sales pipeline from outreach to close
- Collaborate with leadership to align business development efforts with company goals

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
- Minimum wage ($12.00) 15% Commission
- Commission-based earnings tied directly to performance
- High earning potential for the right person who is driven and results-oriented
This role is structured as a part-time minimum wage commission, with commission being the primary earning opportunity. Simply put: your success drives your income. There is no cap on what you can earn.
*This has the potential to grow into full-time position.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Negotiation, and Partnership Building skills
- Sales and Marketing expertise, with knowledge of lead generation strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to create compelling proposals and tailor solutions to client needs
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with HR industry trends and practices, considered a strong advantage
- Previous experience in business development or sales-related roles
