What are the responsibilities and job description for the PREP position at Slackwater LLC?
Our Prep crew is a family! As a prepper, you will define the quality of our restaurant and have a direct impact on each guest’s experience. We crush our work and have fun doing it. We are a from-scratch kitchen with great, challenging recipes. You will be learning and perfecting all of them. It is absolutely crucial that you care about the products and have a desire to make food you are proud of. You must be able to lift 50 lbs, move quickly and efficiently and be comfortable multi-tasking. The prep crew arrives early and is done when the list is complete. We all have a passion for beautiful food and feeding our guests. Experience is preferred, although a hard work ethic and a can-do attitude would be all we need to work with us as well. We believe in having an organized and efficient restaurant and need great people to join our team. Whether you are washing dishes, working the line, or prepping food it takes all of us working together to get it done right. You will love prepping for us!
