Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches with precision, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
• Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, grills, slicers, and food prep tools safely and efficiently
• Manage customer orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions smoothly
• Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and answering questions about products
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food handling areas and equipment, adhering to food safety regulations
• Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety practices throughout shifts

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Food preparation or culinary experience that demonstrates knowledge of food safety management and sanitation standards
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Customer service background with the ability to upsell products and ensure a positive dining experience
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and managing register operations
• Experience operating kitchen equipment safely in a fast-paced setting is a plus

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
