- Develop new FEL operation modes to enable new science at LCLS, with special emphasis on attosecond science.
- Advance knowledge of FEL physics.
To Be Successful In This Position You Will Bring
- Ph.D. in Accelerator Physics or related field.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Experience with X-ray free electron lasers and related physics.
- Experience with numerical simulations of particle accelerators.
