We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and motivated Sports Breaker Manager to oversee and manage our live sports card breaking operation across multiple channels. This role is critical to the daily success of our business and involves managing breakers, schedules, inventory, customer communication, and overall channel performance.
You will be responsible for ensuring all live breakers run smoothly, on time, and professionally while maintaining high standards for customer service, organization, and accountability.
This position manages 5 active channels and works closely with breakers, staff, and ownership to grow the brand and improve performance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee live breakers during streams to ensure quality, professionalism, and compliance.
- Handle buybacks (paying customers for cards they hit).
- Provide customer service through platform messages and inquiries.
- Ensure breakers arrive on time and go live as scheduled.
- Fix scheduling issues and coverage gaps when needed.
- Develop new ideas for breaks, shows, and channels to improve sales and engagement.
- Manage 5 separate channels and their daily operations.
- Handle basic administrative work, including:
- Logging breaker sheets
- Tracking breaker hours
- Tracking bonus points and incentives
- Schedule and interview new breakers to join the team.
- Perform inventory checks to ensure all product is accounted for and organized.
- Maintain structure, accountability, and performance standards across the team.
