Position Summary:
SLA Management is looking for an enthusiastic Café Food Service Worker to join our team . This role is ideal for a friendly, reliable individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. The Café Food Service Worker will assist with food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized café area. Your role is crucial in delivering a welcoming experience for our guests, making sure every meal is served with care and attention to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Assist with meal preparation, portioning, and serving food according to SLA Management standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in serving, dining, and food prep areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Stock and replenish supplies in the service area as needed.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the café before and after service.
- Work as a team to support fellow staff and maintain efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
- Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions well.
