About Us:
Sir Lends Alot LLC (DBA SLA Capital) is a private lending company based in Spokane WA. We specialize in fix-and-flip, DSCR and new-construction loans to real-estate investors. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team in Spokane and support our growth.
Role Overview:
As Loan Processor, you will handle the full lifecycle of loan applications—collecting documentation, verifying borrower and property information, coordinating with underwriters/funders, and ensuring timely closing. Your work will be critical to our loan-flow efficiency, compliance and ensuring deals close on time and with happy borrowers!
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review loan applications, create and maintain loan files.
- Request and gather borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.), property information (appraisals, inspection reports, title commitments).
- Verify documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal underwriters, closers, and external parties (title/escrow, appraisers, brokers) to ensure smooth progression of the loan through processing.
- Track loan status, update loan origination system/database, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Identify missing items or issues, escalate problems proactively, and facilitate timely resolution.
- Prepare closing packages and ensure all conditions are met ahead of funding.
- Support metrics and reporting: turn-time, pipeline status, file health, exceptions.
- Adhere to compliance and audit requirements; maintain confidentiality of borrower info.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in loan processing (hard-money, construction, commercial, or residential lending preferred but retail lending is acceptable).
- Familiarity with documentation requirements, loan file build, closing process, and lenders’ workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with internal teams and external vendors.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment; ability to multi-task.
- Must be physically present in Spokane, WA (no remote).
- High integrity, self-driven and willing to learn our niche lending product lines (hard money, DSCR, new construction).
Compensation:
- $55,000 to $65,000/year base pay plus commission per closed file and bonus for meeting closing timeline goals.
- Total expected comp $80,000 to $85,000
