In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of interior remodeling tasks including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and finish carpentry
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings for remodeling plans
- Collaborate with team members and customers to deliver high-quality finished work
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized
- Manage time efficiently and complete projects with minimal supervision
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Identify and resolve minor issues or challenges on the job site
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling
- Strong knowledge of general carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and finish work
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be physically capable of lifting materials and working in varied residential settings

Schedule
- Full-Time
