Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively
- Oversee the fabrication and erection of structural steel components
- Manage project documentation and records
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of structural and misc. steel fabrication and erection processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in project management software
