Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Parent to coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all tasks.
- Manage and process daily activities like, communication, homework, exercise, house keeping, and ecourage independence. Emphasize precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for special needs adult and visitors alike.
- Support project initiatives by contributing ideas, participating and executing assigned duties promptly.
- Communicate effectively with all above parties at to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve issues proactively.
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to goals by demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude in all responsibilities.

- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
