Supply Chain Logistics Specialist

Job Summary:

This Position requires an understanding of operational flow within a warehouse environment for consumer electronics or consumer goods. The Inbound/outbound Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the execution of all office activities for the identified locations warehouse, the processing of all inbound/outbound orders, the routing of shipments, the preparing of the paperwork and labels, creating ASN’s and any support needs in the warehouse purpose of this role is to assist the Supply Chain and Service Department by taking over the performance of select daily tasks and serve as a resource to delegate handling of unique projects and random situations that arise.

Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish. Job will require travel to warehouse on occasion.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• As needed, participate in general inventory control maintenance and quarterly cycle counting activities that will be part of a formal program to be established.
• Arrange transport carrier pickups for orders after completing rate quotes
• Arrange pick up appointments and coordination of shipments, referring to due date
• Working knowledge of planning and controlling the efficient flow of goods once an order is received,
• starting from system entry until it departs location and the customer receives.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts of spare parts and update reports as needed.
• Logistic arrangement and SAP operations of the return TV both E-commerce and offline.
• Handling with Amazon/other E-commerce platform online order on website and outbound operation in SAP system.
• Assist with US and Canada inland and cross border delivery of orders, including logistic arrangement and customs clearance coordination.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery of goods and cost-effective warehousing services.
• Sample tracking and management.
• Assist in issuing Return Authorizations (RA) to B2B customers.
• Inspect returned product and create and update necessary RA reports.
• Manage 3PL warehouse return reports and filing of claims as deemed necessary.
• Assist in e-waste, sales data reporting, and e-waste manufacturer registration.
• Work with our 3rd party customer service provider to respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services.
• Acquisition & Deployment
• Process orders in Microsoft AX – Reserve/pick/invoice
• Handle all aspects of reserving, creating pick list, labels, generating BOL’s and invoicing
• Operational Management
• Create Load spreadsheets for both refurbished & new goods shipments and maintain for accuracy.
• Prepare labels, pack slips, BOL’s for the outbound shipments.
• Route orders on customer web based sites, call in carriers for pickup.
• Send advance shipping notices (ASN’s) as required.
• Process rapid exchange orders by printing pick lists then creating shipping labels.
• Process RAC orders in IFS, batching so warehouse can create the packing slips and shipping labels.
• Receive and send import invoices.
• Research returns to both LA & OH warehouses and determine if a claim needs to be filed with carriers; if so, enter on claims log as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic ERP System knowledge.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational skills
• General working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Knowledge of supply chain background and understanding of logistic and inventory management.
• Familiarity with the US custom clearance requirement of TV category or consumer electronics preferred.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
