Responsibilities(業務内容)

SAW/BAWフィルター製造 (Depo,Dry Etch,Photo litho,Wet Etch,Inspection)における生産設備の予防保全業務

・生産設備の安定稼働を維持するための定期メンテナンス(プロセスチャンバー パーツ交換/クリーニング/グリスアップ、薬液フィルター交換)のスケジューリングや人員配置のコントロール

・定期メンテナンスパーツの在庫管理

・定期メンテナンス手順の最適化および標準書類の作成や改定

・定期メンテナンス作業のサポートおよび作業員の力量向上のためのOJT

Requirements(必須)

・製造業における、生産設備の保守や予防保全業務の経験

・関係部署や設備メーカーなどとの連携を取りながら円滑に業務を進められるコミュニケーション能力

・現状に満足しない、強い改善意欲と向上心

・12時間の2交替勤務が可能

Desired Requirements(歓迎)

・半導体生産設備の設備保全業務の経験

8:30–17:00 (所定労働時間:7時間45分 / 休憩時間:45分)
