Job Description
- SAW/BAWドライエッチング工程のプロセス条件、設備改善によるプロセス安定化、品質確保
プロセス/設備両面からのアプローチによる設備間差の縮小化と安定化 - FDC、設備ログなど設備データを用いたプロセス/設備状態の監視手法の確立
- APC手法/システムの考案、開発、導入によるプロセス安定化、工程能力改善
- 最適プロセスフローの確立(計測手法の確立も含む)
- エッチングプロセス・装置にかかるコストダウン取組の推進
Requirements
業界経験:
BAW/SAWフィルターや半導体デバイスにおいてプロセスインテグレーション、歩留改善の業務経験を有すること
仕事経験・経験年数:
5年以上の実務経験
取り組み意識:何事にも恐れることなくチャレンジする精神があり、物事に積極的且つ前向きに取り組むことができること、論理的思考による問題解決プロセスに取り組むことができること、組織全体の最適化を考えた業務取り組みができること
