Description
成膜・めっきプロセス設備エンジニア
Responsibilities
- SAW/BAWデバイスの成膜/めっきプロセスにおけるプロセス条件の確立、装置改善によるプロセスの安定化、および品質の確保
- プロセスおよび装置の両面からのアプローチによる装置間差異の改善・安定化
- FDCや装置ログなどのデータを用いたプロセス・装置状態のモニタリング手法の構築
- 測定方法の確立を含む最適なプロセスフローの確立
- 成膜/めっきプロセスおよび装置に関するコスト削減の推進
Required Experience and Skills
- BAW/SAWフィルターおよび半導体デバイスにおけるプロセス技術・装置技術のご経験(特に成膜/めっきプロセス)
※目安:5年以上の実務経験
- 課題に対して恐れずに挑戦し、積極的かつ前向きに取り組む姿勢
- 論理的思考を通じて課題解決に取り組む能力
- 組織全体の最適化を考え、実行に移すことができる能力
Desired Experience and Skills
- 成膜/めっき以外のプロセスにおけるFDC・装置ログデータを用いた装置モニタリングのご経験、またはAPC手法・システムの構築経験
- 業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な日常会話レベル以上の英語力
