SkyWest Airlines is pleased to announce a full-time Administrative Assistant position within the Maintenance Department. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and provides essential operational and administrative support to the maintenance base.
- Assists the Maintenance team with a variety of projects and daily operations
- Performs data analysis and supports report creation
- Conduct auditing and ensures accurate record-keeping
- Maintains organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Answers and route incoming telephone calls professionally
- Completes additional administrative duties as assigned by the Manager of Maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of 10-key operations
- Strong data entry experience
- Adequate typing and basic math skills
- Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- This is a full-time position starting at $15.75 per hour
- This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
