We are seeking a motivated Charter Sales Coordinator to drive on-demand charter sales while supporting daily Part 135 operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing charter requests from inquiry through confirmation while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to charter inquiries and provide accurate, timely quotes
• Coordinate with Flight Ops and Dispatch to schedule and confirm trips
• Build relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to grow sales
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into bookings
• Maintain accurate records of charter activity and client data
• Ensure compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations and company procedures
• Provide high-level customer service before, during, and after trips
• Support occasional after-hours and weekend requests
Qualifications:
• 1 year experience in aviation, charter sales, or related field
• Knowledge of Part 135 operations preferred
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/quoting tools a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $37,000 commission
