Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance
- Assist with HVAC systems maintenance
- Conduct plumbing repairs
- Complete cleaning and organizing tasks
- Run errands as needed
Qualifications:
- Handyman or general construction experience preferred, along with official certifications
- Must have your own tools
- Must possess a clean driving record (a company vehicle and gas reimbursement are provided)
What can you expect?
- a schedule of 7 am - 4 pm (one hour for lunch, and (2) - fifteen-minute breaks
- Monday - Friday (with some weekends on call)
- A daily routine inspection of restaurant locations: water plants, blow parking lots and patio, and pick up trash.
- Review the daily communication log of special projects
- Review the weekly and monthly maintenance log
- Very rarely will emergency/priority projects pop up after hours and on weekends, and we expect the maintenance team member to be available.
- Must be willing to agree to a background check
