Position Summary
In this role, you will serve as a Fab Operations Technician/Clean Room Technician producing high-quality products for our customers.
Shift: A-shift- Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 am to 6:15 pm. Training will be on E shift- Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, for approximately 3 months.
Role and Responsibilities
Operate assigned machines in a cleanroom environment. Load and unload wafer production machines (microchips). Follow detailed instructions to ensure correct procedures are completed. Perform quality inspections on finished products. Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration, Empowerment and Growth Mindset. Ensure proper gowning procedures and safety standards are being followed at all times in the area. Maintain and communicate in a positive attitude. Be punctual to ensure crisp pass downs between shifts. The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
18 years or older. Basic computer skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. The willingness and desire to learn and grow. Previous semiconductor industry always a plus. High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) diploma, or equivalent. Experience with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Effective organizational and planning skills. US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of a government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the facility. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The employee will be required to work in a cleanroom environment: full gowning (full body coveralls, hood, face mask, nitrile gloves, and safety glasses).
