Position Summary: Our Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing preventative maintenance, electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and installation of various semiconductor fabrication machines and equipment.
12-hour Compressed Shift (B, C or D)

Major Areas of Accountability:
- Provide expert-level technical support for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Train junior technicians on complex troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for multiple toolsets.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using complex troubleshooting with junior technician assistance.
- Create and participate in area projects.
- Mentor apprentice technicians.
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity in Photolithography and have experience with ASML PAS Steppers and Scanners along with TwinSCAN exposure tools, ASML 5500 2x0, 3x0, 5x0, 7x0, 8x0 and TwinSCAN 4x0, 12x0 & 14x0 models, and TEL Mark 8, ACT 8, Lithius Tracks on a 200mm platform.
- Associate of Applied Science degree (A.A.S.), or technical trade school certificate preferred but not required. Work experience will be considered.
- 5-7 years of experience in an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry
- Ability to work in a Class 1 clean room environment
- High focus on a Safety, Quality, Delivery, and 5S culture
- Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, and 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills
- Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures
