SkyWater Search Partners has been engaged by a fast-growing SaaS organization to identify and hire a Tech Lead. This newly created role will play a critical part in overseeing the creation and integration of one of the organization’s cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on development, team management, and strategic thinking to shape the future of the company’s cloud infrastructure.

Reporting directly to the Director of Software Engineering, this leader will guide a small team of Engineers, manage relationships with key service providers, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

We are targeting a candidate with brings a mix of .NET, C#, AWS and EDGE device or IoT experience the table paired with experience leading people and projects.

This is a full-time, permanent position and we are targeting a Minnesota-based candidate that does not require Visa sponsorship.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
• Expertise with .NET (7 years)
• 3 years of experience in lead or leadership capacities
• Expertise in one or more public cloud platforms (prefer AWS)
• Proven ability to implement and scale CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Git and scripting tools.
