Due to our continued growth, SkyWater Search Partners is looking to add to our Sales Team!

As a Sales Associate Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving the continued growth of our Sales practice. This will be achieved through developing recruiting strategies, utilizing proven sourcing methods, and bringing new, creative ideas to identify and attract top talent. Responsibilities

• Recruit and attract top talent using industry-leading tools, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including clients and search partnerships
• Serve as a trusted consultant to both existing and prospective clients on their hiring needs
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• Team-oriented with a strong drive for individual performance and results
• 1–3 years of experience in a professional environment (recruiting or sales preferred)
