As an Attorney Recruiter you will be responsible for helping drive the continued growth of our Legal practice by s pecializing in the placement of full-time attorneys and legal professionals within law firms and legal departments throughout the country.

Responsibilities
- Identify and source talented legal professionals.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Work with law firm clients and in-house legal departments to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and build relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Keep abreast of the legal market
- J.D required.
- A team player who is also highly motivated by individual results.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience as a practice attorney is preferred.
- Prior recruiting experience is NOT required.
