We are looking for a Lead Civil Engineer who is looking for the opportunity to lead. This role will lead civil engineering functions related to infrastructure for the Rapid City location, playing a major role in developing other team members, growing the team’s footprint in the area, and continuing to expand business and client relationships.

This role will lead a small but growing infrastructure development team; current trajectory has our local office doubling our team size

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team in the development of projects related to infrastructure, water systems, utilities, roadway design, and pump stations
• Lead project management and qa/qc functions for projects
• Develop client relationships and business development strategies honed on successful project delivery
• Create statement of qualifications, proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and represent the company at networking events and tradeshows
• Lead, coordinate, and build project teams
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and 10 years of experience managing civil projects and client relationships.
• PE License in South Dakota or ability to apply for reciprocity
• 10 years developing, planning, and delivering on infrastructure and utility projects
