SkyWater Search Partners is assisting a top 50 law firm client with their search for a Patent Litigation Associate to join the Intellectual Property & Technology practice group in Chicago.
An ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of litigation experience, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters. This position includes handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting complaints, managing discovery, preparing contentions, taking depositions, and preparing dispositive motions and settlement agreements.
Must be eligible for the patent bar.
