- Serve as primary Workday administrator and internal SME -Manage system configuration, maintenance, updates, and enhancements -Support Workday modules including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Payroll -Manage business processes, security, workflows, and user access -Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance -Identify opportunities to improve HR and business processes -Lead enhancement initiatives and adoption of Workday best practices -Leverage Workday Success Plans and vendor resources -Drive automation and process efficiencies -Lead governance activities and Workday Steering Committee efforts -Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics -Provide insights supporting workforce planning and organizational decision-making -Ensure data accuracy and reporting compliance
- Bachelor's degree required -6 years of Workday administration and configuration experience -Experience supporting multiple Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Learning, and Payroll -Strong understanding of HR operations and business processes -Experience with reporting, analytics, integrations, and system optimization -Proven stakeholder management and project leadership experience -Workday Pro certifications preferred -Experience supporting multi-state or national organizations preferred
