Growth Marketing Lead

Overview

We’ve partnered with a fast-growing consumer products company in search of a highly driven, hands-on Growth Marketing Leader to own and optimize paid media, digital growth, and performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. media execution, content-driven growth initiatives, and digital performance optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and emerging channels.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution. The right person will be equally comfortable optimizing ad campaigns, managing TikTok Shop, coordinating influencer outreach, building emails and analyzing campaign performance.

You’ll work closely with leadership to drive customer acquisition, improve marketing efficiency, and help scale the brand’s digital presence.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and related platforms
  • Manage campaign implementation including audience targeting, retargeting, boosting, and spend optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations on budget allocation and ROI
  • Build reporting dashboards and performance insights across channels
  • Maximize the effectiveness and lifecycle of creative assets across paid and organic campaigns

TikTok Shop & Social Commerce

  • Own and manage TikTok Shop operations and merchandising
  • Support TikTok growth initiatives and social commerce strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and content performance

Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Support influencer outreach, creator partnerships, and product sampling initiatives
  • Assist with creator communications and campaign coordination
  • Conduct social listening and engage with online communities to identify trends and opportunities

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build and optimize email campaigns within Klaviyo
  • Improve email design, segmentation, and customer journey flows
  • Support lifecycle marketing and retention initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, digital marketing, or eCommerce
  • Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns directly within Meta, Google, TikTok, and/or Amazon platforms
  • Experience with content creation, video editing, and short-form social media content
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and creator partnerships
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email/CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of ROI, campaign optimization, analytics, and marketing performance
  • Comfortable operating independently while balancing multiple priorities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability and initiative

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, self-directed, and excited to take ownership in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. They are a strategic thinker with strong execution skills — someone who can develop ideas and also roll up their sleeves to bring them to life.

This person iscreative, resourceful, adaptable,and comfortable getting into the details while balancing multiple priorities and moving quickly as the business evolves. Experience within consumer products, DTC, or eCommerce brands is highly preferred, along with a strong understanding of how to engage and grow consumer audiences across digital channels.

This role is onsite in Plymouth, Minnesota, and the base salary range is approximately $80K–$125K depending on a candidate’s experience and overall fit.

Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
