SkyWater Search Partners is hiring a full desk Marketing & Creative Recruiter to own client relationships and candidate pipeline, placing account management, strategy, design, and creative talent into top advertising agencies across the Twin Cities and beyond. You’ll step into a practice with warm, evergreen client relationships and an active pipeline ready to work from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Run a full desk- source and screen candidates while developing and managing your own agency client relationships
• Recruit for client-service, account management, strategy, design, and creative roles (Assistant Account Executive through Senior Account Manager)
• Advise clients who expect polish and fast turnaround; ask smart questions and hold your own with skeptical pushback
• Draft your own client and candidate communications – you’ll get real coaching, not a script

• You’ve worked in agency life- account services or a similar client-facing role — and while the pace was intense, you never lost your love for the industry
• Poised, gracious, and buttoned-up under pressure- sloppy communication isn’t in your vocabulary

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including new clients and search partners.
• Partner with marketing and creative industry clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Recruit and attract top marketing and creative professionals, from brand strategists and digital marketers to designers and content creators.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage high-quality talent.
• Screen all resumes for qualifications and position requirements while maintaining an up-to-date internal database.
• Conduct preliminary interviews with qualified candidates and refer them for further interviews.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
• Stay informed about marketing and creative industry trends to serve as a knowledgeable consultant to both candidates and clients.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Undergraduate degree in a business, entrepreneurship, psychology, or technology-related field
• A team player who is also highly motivated by individual results.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing and creative roles—including digital marketing, brand strategy, social media, and design.
• A polished business professional with strong executive presence.
• Self-driven, highly competitive, and results-oriented.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
