Skywater is partnering with a specialty chemicals manufacturer seeking an Engineering Director to elevate engineering performance across the organization as they look to modernize operations, expand reliability initiatives, and invest heavily in capital improvements.

This role will own corporate engineering strategy, capital project oversight, engineering standards, and reliability programs across multiple plants. You’ll lead a multi-site engineering team

Responsibilities

• Oversee the corporate CapEx portfolio and ensure on-time/on-budget execution
• Develop and enforce engineering processes, standards, and tools
• Lead Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) optimization
• Serve as corporate owner for key OSHA 1910.119 PSM elements
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering organization
