We are seeking a seasoned Claims Technical Director - Global Property to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing complex commercial property claims across international markets, with a focus on excess and surplus lines, layered and shared market structures, and reinsurance. Key Responsibilities
The applicable base salary for this opportunity is $125,000 - $150,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this opportunity may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex commercial global property claims.
- Evaluate coverage issues and draft comprehensive coverage letters.
- Establish and maintain accurate case reserves based on exposure analysis.
- Oversee independent and third-party field adjusters to ensure quality investigations.
- Review field reports and maintain thorough documentation of claim files.
- Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and reinsurance management teams.
- Work collaboratively with market adjusters, independent adjusters and counsel.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- 5 years of experience in commercial global property claims adjusting.
- Experience in E&S, shared and layered large property business required
- Licensed adjuster in multiple states (11 preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with international claims and multicultural teams is a plus.
- Willingness to work in our Houston office 4 days per week on a Hybrid schedule.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented professional.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple claims and adapt to global environments.
