10 years of experience in IT Program/Project Management leading large-scale enterprise or government modernization programs
Strong experience managing multi-vendor environments and cross-functional delivery teams (50 members)
Proven track record in end-to-end program execution including planning, scheduling, risk management, and milestone tracking
Experience overseeing system implementation activities such as testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and production go-live readiness
Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level reporting and steering committee coordination
PMP certification required (PgMP required)
