Job Title: Healthcare Data Integrity Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Data Integrity Analyst to support data quality, auditing, and correction efforts within an EHR system (Mylnsight). This role focuses on front desk and clinical data validation, billing compliance, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data audits and corrections using SQL and Mylnsight reporting tools
- Validate front desk data (benefits, insurance relationships, checkout status)
- Ensure clinical data accuracy for billing (E/M codes, diagnoses, service entries)
- Identify missing or incorrect service records and resolve discrepancies
- Manage and merge duplicate patient records
- Develop and document SOPs for data entry and workflows
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve data quality
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with EHR systems (preferably Mylnsight/Netsmart)
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in healthcare data auditing or data cleanup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of healthcare billing (Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance)
- Familiarity with ICD/CPT coding and E/M documentation
- Experience in clinical or public health environments
