Position Summary
The Hospitality Aide supports our Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation residents by helping create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This role works closely with nursing, dietary, and housekeeping teams to assist with non-clinical tasks that enhance resident care and daily operations.
Essential Duties
- Assist residents with non-clinical needs to promote comfort, dignity, and safety
- Deliver and retrieve meal trays; assist with dining room setup and breakdown
- Support housekeeping by restocking supplies, light cleaning, and room readiness
- Transport residents, equipment, and supplies throughout the building as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
- Follow infection control, safety standards, and facility policies
- Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required during shifts
