Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Drone Cleaning Visual Observer based in Charlotte, NC. The Visual Observer will assist in monitoring and supervising drone operations during exterior cleaning projects. Responsibilities include ensuring safety protocols are followed, collaborating with the drone operator, and aiding with equipment setup and preparation. This role requires an individual with attention to detail, workplace safety awareness, and a solid understanding of cleaning processes. Training will be provided, prior experience affects pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must be ok working outside, and capable of lifting 100lbs. (Pulling hoses, moving heavy equipment, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Cleaning and Window Cleaning.
- Experience working with Pressure Washing and Softwashing Equipment
- Part 107 Commercial Drone License
- Ability to monitor and support drone operations in compliance with safety standards.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working outdoors and in on-site industrial environments is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Additional certifications in drone operations or cleaning services are a bonus.
Pay $20-25hr depending on qualifications met
