**Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Host/Server to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality service in a restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Manage reservations and waitlists effectively - Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system **Skills:** - Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurant industry preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Knowledge of food handling safety protocols - Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment - Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems If you are enthusiastic about delivering top-notch service to guests, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere, we invite you to apply for the Host/Server position with us.
