Project Management Delivery Manager

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of modular data center projects, ensuring execution across schedule, cost, quality, safety, and technical delivery objectives.

负责模块化数据中心项目全生命周期交付管理，确保进度、成本、质量、安全及技术交付目标达成。

Develop detailed project delivery plans covering design coordination, procurement, factory prefabrication, logistics, site installation, commissioning, and handover.

制定涵盖设计协调、采购、工厂预制、物流、现场安装、调试及移交的完整项目交付计划。

Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, BIM, supply chain, construction, commissioning, electrical, and HVAC teams to ensure smooth project execution.

协调工程、BIM、供应链、施工、调试、电气及暖通团队，确保项目顺利实施。

Review and coordinate key electrical and HVAC delivery interfaces, including power distribution, cooling systems, equipment layout, installation sequence, commissioning readiness, and site constraints.

协调并跟进电气及暖通系统的关键交付界面，包括配电系统、制冷系统、设备布置、安装顺序、调试准备及现场条件。

Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure compliance with project requirements, technical specifications, construction standards, and delivery milestones.

管理承包商、供应商及现场团队，确保满足项目要求、技术规范、施工标准及交付节点。

Monitor project risks, delays, cost impacts, technical issues, and MEP coordination conflicts while implementing proactive mitigation and recovery plans.

监控项目风险、延期、成本影响、技术问题及机电系统协调冲突，并制定预防及恢复措施。

Lead project delivery reviews, client communications, reporting, and executive updates throughout the project lifecycle.

主导项目交付评审、客户沟通、项目汇报及管理层更新。

Oversee commissioning activities, integrated systems testing (IST), project handover, and operational readiness processes, with particular attention to electrical and HVAC system readiness.

统筹调试、IST集成系统测试、项目移交及运营准备工作，重点关注电气及暖通系统的交付准备状态。

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies, operational efficiency, MEP coordination, and modular construction practices.

持续优化项目交付流程、运营效率、机电协调机制及模块化建设体系。

Job Requirements / 任职要求

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

本科及以上学历，工程、项目管理、建筑管理、电气工程、暖通、机械工程或相关专业。

8 years of experience in project delivery, construction management, MEP coordination, or infrastructure project management.

8年以上项目交付、施工管理、机电协调或基础设施项目管理经验。

Experience delivering data center, mission-critical, industrial, modular construction, or MEP-intensive projects is preferred.

有数据中心、关键基础设施、工业、模块化建设或机电系统复杂项目交付经验者优先。

Solid understanding of electrical systems and HVAC systems in data center or industrial project environments, including power distribution, cooling systems, installation coordination, commissioning, and system integration.

熟悉数据中心或工业项目中的电气及暖通系统，包括配电系统、制冷系统、安装协调、调试及系统联动。

Strong understanding of engineering coordination, construction sequencing, commissioning, IST, project controls, and technical risk management.

熟悉工程协调、施工流程、调试、IST测试、项目管控及技术风险管理。

Experience managing contractors, vendors, design consultants, commissioning teams, and cross-functional global project teams.

具备承包商、供应商、设计顾问、调试团队及全球化跨部门项目团队管理经验。

Ability to identify and resolve on-site technical conflicts related to electrical, HVAC, structural, installation, logistics, and commissioning interfaces.

能够识别并推动解决现场电气、暖通、结构、安装、物流及调试界面的技术冲突。

Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.

具备优秀的领导力、沟通能力、stakeholder管理能力、客户沟通能力及问题解决能力。

Familiarity with project management tools, scheduling systems, project controls tools, and reporting platforms.

熟悉项目管理工具、进度管理系统、项目管控工具及汇报平台。

English proficiency is preferred for supporting international clients and global project delivery.

具备英语能力者优先，可支持国际客户及全球项目交付。
