What You'll Do
As a CAD Operator, you will support the sales and production teams by preparing detailed, site-specific drawing packages that ensure accurate project execution and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will:
- Assist the sales force by preparing site-specific drawings, including room layouts, elevations, and other materials required for submittal packages
- Review quotes, design images, and CAD files associated with submittal packages, identifying and clarifying differences or discrepancies
- Revise drawing packages to reflect changes requested by customers, distributors, production, or product managers
- Review signed drawing packages for revisions and appropriate approvals before releasing fabrication documents to the assembly team
- Produce customer part literature as requested by product managers
- Create models using the Revit platform to support the sales process
- Design new sales packages as needed and maintain all existing sales package documentation

Qualifications
- Hold an Associate's Degree from an accredited technical institute, or a high school diploma with 2–4 years of related experience
- Possess foundational knowledge of CAD methods, including dimensioning and part creation
- Ability to read and accurately interpret architectural drawings, along with 2D and 3D models
- Be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Successfully multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
