We are currently seeking a Lab Technician to support product development and laboratory operations in Chanhassen, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on lab experience looking to contribute to scientific projects in a collaborative environment.

🕒 Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior scientific staff on assigned projects
- Perform laboratory experiments and testing
- Record, organize, and communicate experimental data and results
- Maintain lab equipment, storage areas, and overall lab organization
- Contribute to 5S and lab safety initiatives within Product Development
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
🎯 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Hands-on laboratory experience (chemicals, mixing, dispensing equipment)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and common technical software
