Location: Riverside, California (via SkySource Solutions)
Schedule: Start time between 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19.80/hour
Employment Type: Temporary with potential for full-time hire

Description

The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift or other equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.

What You’ll Do

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Stack and store merchandise efficiently in designated areas.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and types.
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, or other power equipment safely.
• Use RF equipment for picking, receiving, and loading functions.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklifts daily.
• Maintain inventory control and assist with physical inventories.
• Keep work areas clean and comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, division).
• Ability to read and follow orders for picking and staging.
• Must pass Scotts forklift exams and maintain a valid operator’s license.
