Monday–Thursday | 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM

SkySource Solutions is breaking the mold — we’re the first staffing firm offering a 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends to help you work smarter, not longer. We’re growing fast and looking for 2 energetic, upbeat, and motivated Staffing Recruiters to join our National Team!
Whether you're a seasoned recruiter or someone with the drive and hustle to learn, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Interview 30–40 candidates per week across Accounting, Finance, Office, and Warehouse roles
- Manage 20 open requisitions with urgency and precision
- Source top talent across multiple states using leading job boards
- Craft compelling job descriptions and post them across platforms
- Submit 25–30 qualified candidates weekly
- Negotiate salaries and placement terms for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles
- Collaborate with a high-energy team in a fast-paced, fun, and modern office
What You Bring:
- Recruiting experience OR a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry
- Fast typing skills (50 WPM) – you’ll be tested!
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A passion for people, problem-solving, and making things happen
