SkySource Solutions is actively seeking a skilled and teachable Maintenance Technician to join our client’s manufacturing team in Marysville, WA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain and repair production line equipment including conveyor belts, packaging machines, grinders, and stackers.
• Assist with machinery installations and light steel fabrication (cutting and welding).
• Inspect, adjust, and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Perform general maintenance duties and support other departments as needed.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Prior hands-on maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret numbers, product descriptions, and maintain written records.
• Basic math skills and ability to monitor machine controls.
