What You’ll Do

Estimating & Quoting

• Conduct site visits and collaborate directly with customers
• Read and interpret construction drawings and crane charts
• Use Adobe, Word, Excel, and Google Earth for planning and documentation
• Track and log sales activity
• Gather missing project details from clients or online sources

Project Management

• Assist with scheduling and job ticket creation
• Attend job meetings and coordinate with contractors
• Manage inventory and freight with warehouse staff
• Plan jobsite logistics and secure rental equipment

Rigging Plans & Permits

• Develop rigging plans, including means/methods and tool lists
• Design and apply for street closures
• Apply for necessary permits (FAA, Oversized Loads, Street Closures)
• Complete contractor-required documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of industry experience (construction, rigging, mechanical/electrical contracting, or structural steel)
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
