Administrative Assistant

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support printing operations and administrative functions within a fast-paced environment. This role serves as the primary printing resource for multiple office locations, ensuring the accurate and timely production of shipping documentation required for Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste shipments.

Key Responsibilities
- Print and process shipping documentation for Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste shipments.
- Serve as the primary printing support resource for internal partners across multiple office locations.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and distributed in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems for printed materials and shipping documents.
- Respond to internal requests and provide excellent customer service support.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve printing and documentation issues efficiently.
- Support daily administrative and operational functions as needed.
- Monitor printing workflows and help maintain efficient processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding documentation status and requirements.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office support, data entry, or clerical experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
