Job Responsibilities:

• Safely marshal, park, and position aircraft on the ramp
• Greet passengers and flight crews with a professional, service-forward attitude
• Manage, handle, and dispense aviation fuels in accordance with safety standards and company procedures
• Conduct fuel quality control checks and accurately complete required fueling documentation
• Tow and secure aircraft; move aircraft in and out of hangars as needed
• Perform ground support activities, including chocking, tie-downs, GPU support, and lav service coordination (as applicable)
• Operate and oversee the daily operational readiness of fuel trucks and ground support equipment
• Maintain facility cleanliness and readiness, including the lobby, the hangar, and the surrounding areas
• Operate the fuel desk phone, facilitate fuel orders, and book rental vehicles
• Assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned to support daily FBO operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements
• Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to regulatory compliance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks safely and consistently
• Basic computer and math skills (assist with CSR desk tasks)
• Basic Mechanical aptitude related to fuel truck operations and ground equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required

Salary, Schedule, and Perks:

• Salary: $23.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)
